Reply Kim luong April 5, 2017 Hi you makin it so easy to make! can i use coconut water instead and is the shallots optional? Than you Reply tulip wong May 22, 2017 Tried this recipe today and it's definitely a keeper. It's easy and flavorful. I have tried a few thit kho recipes but I like this one the best. There was one thing I wasn't sure of. I couldn't tell the amount of salt. I thought it was about 1 tablespoon, so I put 1 tbs. It was a little salty for me. I like mine a tiny sweeter. A little less salt for me next time. Thank you for the recipe.
