Mushroom soup with milk Medium heat
Butter – 1/4 oz Olive oil, 1-2 tbsp. 2 shallots or 1 onion Stir Chicken bouillon cube
2 cubes (fat free/ sodium reduced) or 1 cube Chopped parsley – 2 tbsp chopped button mushroom (portobello) – 16 oz. Low heat Stir – to coat all the mushrooms
3 min Flour – 1tbsp (1oz) Stir 2-3 min Water – 1 glass (7oz)
*unless the mushrooms are frozen Simmer 10 min Blend Semi-skinned milk – 27 oz Add milk little by little ! It’s ready ! Eat it as is or add warm cream (15%) and Cubeb pepper Next video
