Ragi Porridge

Hello and welcome to the Young Persons’ Cookery Show and today we will be cooking ragi porridge. It is sprouted ragi flour. Ragi sprouted, dried, and then powdered. So the recipe is one part of ragi to two parts of water. So… our parts are going to be this particular cup — you can use any kind of part. I advise you not to use too small a part like a teaspoon, since you’d have very little ragi porridge then.
