Cooked Rice 2 Cups Lemon 1 (Extract Juice) Coriander for Garnishing, 1 Sprig Curry Leaves Green Chillies 2, Garlic pods 4 Sliced, Chopped Ginger 1 Tsp Groundnuts / Peanuts 2 Tbsp Cashews 10 Salt to taste and Hing Oil Mustard 1/2 Tsp, Jeera 1/2 Tsp, Channa Dal 1 1/2 Tsp, Urad Dal 1 Tsp, Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp Now Add Required Salt to the Lemon Juice and Mix well. Add Lemon Juice to the Rice and mix Well. Check Salt and add if required Heat Oil in a Pan, Add Mustard and Jeera and Let it crackle Add Channa Dal Add Urad Dal and Saute till Golden in Colour Add Groundnuts / Peanuts, Cashews and Saute for a minute Add, Ginger, Green Chillies,Hing, Curry Leaves and Turmeric Powder Saute and pour Tempering over the Lemon Rice and Mix Well Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Lemon Flavored Rice is Ready Thanks for Watching.
