Green peas masala dosa/ பச்சை பட்டாணி மசாலா தோசை / Dosa recipes with Eng subtitle/ Tiffin recipes


Hi Welcome Friends Today in Raghav’s cookery, we are going to make Green peas masala dosa Instead of making plain dosa, you can try this type of dosa varieties using vegetables. Everyone loves it It wont take much time Let’s see how to make it First, we will prepare peas masala For that, heat some oil in a pan After oil becomes hot, add 1″ cinnamon, 1 tsp cumin seeds and some curry leaves and mix Add 1/2 tsp asafoetida and mix well now we will add finely chopped 1 large onion Then add a tsp of ginger garlic paste Saute till onion becomes transparent Next add 1 chopped tomato Cook till onion and tomatoes becomes mushy Onion and tomato becomes soft Now we will add the masala powders 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder and salt to taste After mixing all the masalas nicely, we will add the green peas To bring everything together add little water to it I am using frozen peas only Defrost the peas after taking it out from freezer, boil for 2 minutes and then add to the masala You can use fresh peas too If using dried peas, soak it and pressure cook for a whistle and then add it Cook covered for 5 minutes Let’s open and see Masala has thicken nicely Keep the masala little thick because, it wont stick with dosa if it is runny Finally add some coriander leaves and switch off the flame Next we will prepare the dosa Time to add peas masala I am going to add masala to one side of dosa You can keep it in middle and fold on three sides or make as you wish Dosa is cooked well No need to turn, will take it out Aaha, green peas masala dosa is nicely ready Friends, do try this recipe COOK AND ENJOY!!!
