We have kept the cauliflower for 5 minutes, till then we make it batter. 1/2 cup refined flour 1/4 cup cornflour 1/4 cup rice flour 1/2 tsp grated ginger 1/2 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp soya sauce 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp salt Now we will mix it. We do not make too much flowing batter. Must be a bit thick. So what will happen Your cauliflower will become very good crispy if you make it too thin then cauliflower will stick together. And it will not become crispy enough. I’m pouring this water a little bit See it. Its consistency should be thick. Adding Rice Flour will make your cauliflower crispy So that’s why we use rise flour in it. Oil should be heat. If you deep fry your cauliflower in your cold oil then it will not be crispy And it will absorb too much oil. Oil is heated. Now we will deep fry it. We have to cook it too. This is a nice color I have reduced gas. And now i will put this cauliflower manchurian. We will mix it well. I have turn off the gas. Because i don’t have to cook too much. If we cook too much. So our manchurian will become soft. Now ii will add 1 tsb vinegar. We should not cook the vinegar. It will harm you. And we have to mix it well also. And now we will serve it.
