Extra Virgin Olive Oil Kosher Salt Fresh Ground Pepper Let’s prep for the Roasted Garlic Asparagus! Add 1/2 Cup Oil, then cook for 3 minutes over low heat We’re gonna roast this in the oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees 🙂 Last video I got a lot of people wanting the meat to be more well done. Personally, I believe steak is best at Medium Rare, but for this video we will go Medium 🙂 5 Minute Sear for Medium Don’t forget to sear the sides as well Baste with Butter, Rosemary and Garlic LET’S EAT!!
