Remove the water from tofu with kitchen towel. Cut the tofu. Chop 1/2 onions. Slice green onions diagonally. Slice 1 chili pepper diagonally. 5T Soy sauce 1T cooking wine 1T sugar 1T crushed garlic 1.5T Red pepper powder 1t Oyster sauce pepper powder 200ml of water mix Pour cooking oil on the frying pan. Fry tofu Put tofu on a plate. Put tofu on the pot. Place vegetables on top of tofu. Put tofu on top of vegetables. Place vegetables on top of tofu. Add the sauce and boil. When it boils up, cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. After 3 to 4 minutes, put the egg in and cover it. Cover and cook for 2 minutes and cook the egg whites only.
