Take leftover rice Now take leftover rice in grinder jar and grind it smooth paste Without water we have to grind rice Transfer this in a bowl Then add 2 boiled and grated potatoes Chopped green chili Chopped Coriander leaves ¼ tsp Roasted and crushed Cumin seeds Pinch of asafetida Pinch of Turmeric Powder Salt as per taste Mix it well Now add 4 tsp Wheat flour Add little at a time Mix it well and knead a soft dough Add little oil then knead smooth dough Now dough is ready keep aside for 5 min. After 5 min. Make small balls form dough Take dry flour Take 1 ball Sprinkle some flour then roll it like puri Apply some ghee Now fold it Then again roll it like paratha Now its ready to cook Make all paratha like same way Heat the pan on low to medium flame place the rolled paratha and cook both sides. After some time flip other side to cook well It’s slightly puffy this side then spread oil on it Flip other side to cook well Press lightly every side Now take out it on plate or paper napkin Cook all paratha like same way Rice paratha is ready very soft and tasty so enjoy
